Marina is a bratty teenager who wants to be this year’s Prom Queen. She is so desperate to win that she wears her dress all the time and bullies everyone into voting for her. When the principal notices the girl’s unacceptable behavior, he sends Marina to see Mr. Sarcinelli, the school’s therapist. The mental health professional quickly notices Marina’s obsession and how she has lost sight of her real self. Through a series of exercises, Dr. Sarcinelli tries to help Marina regain confidence in herself without the need for outside validation. First, she helps her out of her dress so she can see the real Marina in the mirror. Reluctantly, Marina takes everything off but her tiara and sash. Then, Dr. Sarcinelli attempts to redirect Marina’s attention by pulling out his cock.
